Have you ever seen a shadow person?
The term Shadow People, according to Wikipedia, refers to; A shadow person (also known as a shadow figure, shadow being or black mass) is the perception of a patch of shadow as a living, humanoid figure, particularly as interpreted by believers in the paranormal or supernatural as the presence of a spirit or other entity.
While I have never encountered a black mass or a shadow being, I have very often perceived people in the peripheral of my vision. They have never felt threating to me. Who the people resemble varies. In the woods, in certain places, I seen native people. They are often just walking, minding their own business. At my mother house I’ve often seen a man with a plaid shirt, pacing between two rooms. Just before I’ve seen him, I smell cigarettes, I assume them to be his.
About fifteen years ago we were looking at a house that was for sale, as I walked through it, I saw a woman standing by the patio sliding door, looking out. She was wearing a long, cream colored dress. Her hair was shoulder length, in large coils, she turned and nodded at me. We bought the house. A year or so later, we had a leaky pipe in the basement. A box that my wife had with old family photos got wet. After shutting off the water we scrambled to remove the pictures from the shoebox and dry them. My wife’s mother lived in Alaska and passed a month after I met my future wife. I had never met or seen my wife’s mother, but in the shoebox, was a picture, I recognized the woman in the photograph immediately, she was the woman I saw looking out the patio door.
